Returns, Replacements & Refunds

We guarantee that we always sell 100% authentic and fresh tea in vacuum-sealed packs (applicable only to

floral teas) to retain aroma, freshness, and flavour to enhance and elevate our customers’ experience.

We are an honest brand yearning to provide the best of the quality products to you. We accept returns and

refunds of tea, gifts, and teaware only under the following circumstances:

1. Wrong Item Delivered: If you are delivered a different item than what you ordered, please contact us

via phone or email. Returns must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. We will arrange for return

shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.

2. Damaged Product: If you receive a damaged item or the packaging was not sealed properly, please

contact us. We will arrange for the return and issue a replacement or refund.

⚠️ We do not accept returns if the tea’s flavor does not suit your personal taste, as preferences vary widely.

To avoid this, we encourage customers to try sample packs before ordering larger quantities.
