2. Products & Shelf Life
- Our teas are natural and carefully packed to preserve quality.
- Each product carries a shelf life of 9 to 12 months from the date of packing (please check the packaging for details).
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight for best results.
3. Orders & Payments
- Prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated.
- Orders will be processed only upon successful payment confirmation.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship both within India and internationally. Delivery timelines vary based on destination and courier partners.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
- Mycraft Foods Pvt Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control (courier issues, customs clearance, strikes, natural calamities, etc.).
5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
We guarantee that we always sell 100% authentic and fresh tea in vacuum-sealed packs to retain aroma, freshness, and flavor.
We accept returns and refunds of tea, gifts, and teaware only under the following circumstances:
1. Wrong Item Delivered: If you are delivered a different item than what you ordered, please contact us via phone or email. Returns must be unopened, unused, and in
original packaging. We will arrange for return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.
2. Damaged Product: If you receive a damaged item or the packaging was not sealed properly, please contact us. We will arrange for the return and issue replacement
or refund.
⚠️ We do not accept returns if the tea’s flavor does not suit your personal taste, as preferences vary widely.
To avoid this, we encourage customers to try sample packs before ordering larger quantities.
6. Privacy
- Customer information is collected only to process orders and improve your shopping experience.
- We do not sell or rent customer data to third parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Mycraft Foods Pvt Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
- All teas are meant for general consumption. Customers with health conditions, allergies, or those who are pregnant should consult a healthcare professional before consumption.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana,India.
